Plastic Waste Management
As India advances towards environmental sustainability, Plastic Waste Management (PWM) plays a crucial role in protecting rural ecosystems. Phansidewa Social & Rural Welfare Society (PSRWS) serves as a key implementing agency for PWM across Phansidewa, Naxalbari, Matigara, and Kharibari blocks, focusing on awareness, collection, segregation, and eco-friendly disposal of plastic waste to ensure cleaner and healthier communities.
Plastic Waste Management in Action
This gallery showcases our community-led efforts to reduce plastic pollution across rural blocks. From awareness drives and door-to-door collection to segregation, recycling, and training sessions — every photo captures a step towards cleaner villages and a sustainable future.
